Team Effectiveness: This programme is designed for whole teams, where members need to understand their individual "preferred" or natural style in order to work more effectively together. The strong emphasis on role-play practise enables participants to try new things in safe environment and learn openly as a team.

Here we consider how high performing teams need to engage with their mandate, mission, stakeholders and each other, in order to generate outputs that are far greater than the sum of the parts.

Senior Team Development: Senior leadership teams, like other teams, often need help in learning how to become better at working together over time. They need to address future "unknown" challenges as a team, despite their naturally independent-minded style and our expert group of team coaches can help facilitate this development.

Maintaining Team Energy: Working with their day-to-day challenges, teams consider their current performance against four energy states that we call: resigned, corrosive, comfortable and productive. Then how to maintain productive energy, whilst still taking time to reflect and learn for continuous improvement.

Building our future: Using techniques from our "back from the future" approach, teams start by suspending thoughts about current challenges and picturing the future. Then they build a route map for the journey, including challenges that they have overcome. The final team challenge is to make a film, about their future state and how they got there.

Journey through learning: This unique outside event is a variation on "building our future" using a walk as the background for the team journey. The focus is still on a journey to the future, and parallels are drawn between challenges along the way and issues currently being experienced on a day-to-day basis at work.
