Over-and-over again our unique Development Centres produce surprising results. Not least, the number of people, who despite lacking a strong academic background, achieve high performance levels in those Core Transferable Qualities that are clear predictors of future leadership potential.
In the current economic climate, this is an issue that can't be ignored, so we thought that the folks responsible for Talent Resourcing might like to talk about it.
