Engagement Through Change at
Jaguar Land Rover


Earlier this year, we were delighted to be awarded a contract for the delivery of a large-scale Engagement Programme for 1,500 senior and Middle Managers at Jaguar Land Rover.

Initial feedback was excellent and a further survey after four months implementation has confirmed a continuing, very positive impact on the business.

Updated Research on "Natural" Learning" Now Available

In 2001 a major piece of Wadenhoe research: "Auditing Natural Learning" was completed by Dr. Roger Stuart.
